About a year ago I heard of a collection of old cars in Southwest
Virginia. It turns out the owner at one point was in the business
of auto restoration. At the time of my visit he was looking for a
buyer. There were at least 40 or 50 cars in this collection but they were
packed tightly together and this limited my particular style of
photography. As I recall many of the cars were old Cadillacs and
Buicks, thus the name for this post.
As in most of my night photography, this shot is a
composite. I lit the interior of each car first and then worked the scene
with light.
